Willis Wears Return Policy – Store Credit Only

At Willis Wears, everything we carry is thoughtfully chosen and often produced in small runs, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind. Because of the limited nature of our inventory, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Instead, we’re happy to provide store credit for approved returns that meet the guidelines below.

Final Sale Items

To respect our makers, artists, and the limited nature of many of our pieces, the following items are final sale:

All jewelry, Native Made Jewlery, Charm Bar Creations, all machine made and handmade sterling silver pearls.

Items purchased at 30% off or more (including discount codes and live sale markdowns)

Gift cards

Pre-orders or special orders

Requesting a Return for Eligible Items and/or Damaged Items

To start a return, please email: WillisWears25@Gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

- Your full name

- Order number

- The item(s) you’re requesting to return and reason for return

- The email address used to place the order (if different)

Every request is reviewed with care.

Return Eligibility

- Returns for store credit are accepted if:

- The item is unused and in original condition with tag(s)/sticker(s), and or hang tag intact

-The item was not purchased as Final Sale

-The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within  48 hours of delivery (no exceptions). We package every order with intention, and if something isn’t right when it arrives, we are happy to address any concerns.

Store Credit Details

- Store credit is issued within 7 business days after the approved return is received

- Credit does not expire

- Credit is issued for the amount paid (discounted items receive credit for the discounted price)

- Credit may be used online or on a live sale invoice
